PVC extrusion is the process of producing continuous profiles by melting PVC raw material granules and pushing them through a shaped die or tool.
The die or tool defines the cross-section of the profile, which remains consistent along its length. After exiting the die, the profile is cooled and cut to size. This method allows for efficient production of various shapes, including angles, channels and tubing. At MKM Extrusions, all products are made using this method. All of the profiles in our stock range are available as rigid PVC and some are also offered as flexible PVC. Every profile is available in the colors black and white. For larger orders, custom profiles and colours are also possible as a custom plastic extrusion.
